Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

My motivation for working with autistic adults is my deeply held belief that every human is valuable and worthy. I am excited to create safe space inclusive of respect for diversity and encouragement of your unique strengths. I find beauty in the neurodiverse community and my goal is to help clients navigate challenges, build on their strengths, and develop skills that enhance their daily lives and relationships. More importantly, I want to empower you to feel confident and able to thrive through building your best life.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

Working from a strengths based perspective is my default. I prioritize identifying your individual strengths and helping you navigate operating in your daily life with those strengths as your guide. We will discover your capabilities, your joys, and your goals, as well as craft your best path forward to thriving with your full self forward.
