About
Hi, I’m Tunde Aideyan, a licensed psychologist based in Boston, Massachusetts. I’m driven by a longstanding interest in understanding human psychology and behavior, and using that understanding to help people feel more seen, understood, and supported. My clinical background spans community mental health, psychological assessment, and research, where I have had the privilege of working with individuals navigating complex psychological and mental health challenges. I combine an analytical mindset for synthesizing information and uncovering meaningful insights with the empathy and interpersonal skills to build genuine, collaborative relationships. As a provider, I am driven by the belief that assessment should be a collaborative process that brings you clarity, validation, and a deeper understanding of your unique strengths.
I have always understood mental health as the product of many interacting forces — biological, psychological, social, and cultural — woven together into an inimitable tapestry. This is what draws me to autism and neurodiversity assessment. Autism unfolds within a person's unique neurobiology, their history, their relationships, and the cultural contexts that have shaped them. I find it deeply meaningful to help people make sense of experiences that may have felt confusing or neglected for years. My goal is to offer an assessment process that is thoughtful, affirming, and grounded in the full complexity of who someone is.
I approach assessment as an opportunity to help someone organize their experiences into a clearer and more compassionate understanding of themselves. My goal is not simply to identify challenges, but to recognize patterns of strength, adaptation, insight, and resilience that may have been misunderstood for years. I want each person to feel understood in a way that is affirming and useful, leaving with greater clarity about how they think, relate, and function, and with a stronger foundation for building a life that fits who they are.
