About

Hello and welcome! My name is Audra and I’m a therapist who believes that healing grows from genuine connection and feeling truly seen. My work is person‑centered at its core, I strive to meet you exactly where you are, honor your lived experience, and collaborate with you to uncover the wisdom you already carry. Through an existential lens, I help clients explore meaning, identity, and the choices that shape their lives, especially during times of transition, uncertainty, or self‑discovery.

I have extensive experience working within the LGBTQIA+ community, supporting individuals, couples, and people in non‑monogamous or polyamorous relationships. I’m comfortable navigating the nuances of overlapping identities, be it related to gender, sexuality, culture, neurodiversity, or relationship structure. I strive to create a space where all parts of you feel welcomed and affirmed. My hope is to offer a warm, grounded environment where you can explore your story without judgment and move toward a life that feels authentic, meaningful, and aligned with who you are.

Education & Licensure

Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

I have many reasons I wanted to work with neurodivergent folks, and my reasons start at home. I have several family and friends who are neurodivergent, and I have always had someone close to me who has processed things differently or been able to expand my understanding of how people experience the world around them. Professionally, ASD has been a part of my practice with an emphasis on how it is integrated into the myriad of different aspects that make up a complex and unique individual. Focusing on identity and meaning making I believe in incorporating all pieces of the person in order to live fully and authentically you.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

I believe every client comes into therapy with their own strengths, insight, and lived expertise that deserve to be honored from the very beginning. My work starts with active listening, creating a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and met with compassion exactly where you are. Together, we identify what matters most to you and collaborate on goals that feel meaningful and attainable. I draw eclectically from evidence‑based treatments and practical skill‑building, tailoring each step to support your growth while keeping your own wisdom at the center of the process.
