About

Hi there, and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Ashley Geraci, and I’m a Licensed Psychologist in the state of Ohio. I’m passionate about helping individuals better understand themselves through thoughtful, comprehensive diagnostic work. I believe that greater self-understanding can be a powerful first step toward meaningful growth and lasting change.

As a clinician, I strive to create a space grounded in safety, connection, curiosity, and openness—where you can feel comfortable showing up as your authentic self. I take a strengths-based approach, recognizing that you bring unique abilities, experiences, and resilience to the work we do together. My goal is to help you make sense of your experiences, recognize your strengths, and feel empowered to build success and fulfillment across all areas of your life.

Education & Licensure
PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Wright State Univeristy; PsyM in Clinical Psychology from Wright State University; MS in Forensic Psychology from Tiffin University; Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University
Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

My motivation for working with autistic and neurodivergent clients is personal, professional, and systemic. I have witnessed so many individuals spend years trying to fit themselves into a neurotypical “bubble,” often at the expense of their self-esteem, self-respect, and sense of autonomy. I believe that people should not have to change who they are in order to feel accepted, successful, or worthy.

As a clinician, I value and celebrate neurodiversity, and I strive to help my clients embrace the qualities that make them unique. Rather than focusing on masking or conforming to mainstream expectations, I want to help individuals better understand themselves, recognize their strengths, and build lives that work with their neurotype rather than against it. I believe there is tremendous value in bringing one’s individuality, creativity, and authentic self into every aspect of life, and I feel privileged to support clients in doing just that.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

My clinical approach is grounded in empowerment. As a diagnostician, I view assessment as an opportunity to help clients better understand themselves—not simply as a way to identify areas of difficulty. I strive to frame feedback and assessment results in a way that helps each individual recognize, harness, and incorporate their unique abilities and strengths into everything they do. My goal is for clients to leave the assessment process with a deeper sense of self-understanding, validation, and confidence in their own potential.

I believe that meaningful clinical work begins with a strong therapeutic rapport, which is built through compassion, reflective listening, and genuine curiosity. My primary goal is to help clients actualize their full potential, and I believe this can only happen within an environment that prioritizes authenticity. At the foundation of authenticity is safety—the ability to feel accepted, understood, and free to show up as your whole self. I strive to create that space for every client, honoring their individuality while helping them recognize the strengths and possibilities that are already within them.
