About
Welcome! If you've found your way here, you may be seeking answers — and I want you to know you've come to the right place. For years, it has been my privilege to walk alongside adults who are looking for clarity and a deeper sense of self. What I've found, time and again, is that the process of uncovering answers can be genuinely empowering. We'll work together not only to answer your questions, but to also shed light on your strengths.
At the heart of my work is a deep respect for neurodiversity — the understanding that different minds experience and engage with the world in genuinely different ways, and that difference is not a deficit. Autism assessment and support services often focus on children, leaving many adults without the answers and resources they need. I want to help change that. I’m genuinely inspired by the process of discovery that happens when we work together to learn how your brain works, understand what makes you the person you are, and from there, empower you with the knowledge and tools to build a fulfilling life on your own terms. That shift from confusion or struggle to clarity and self-understanding is, quite simply, why I do this work.
My work is based on the simple belief that every brain is unique — and it is precisely in that uniqueness where your strengths live. A strengths-based approach means assessment isn't about cataloguing what's difficult or what doesn't fit a neurotypical mold — it's about uncovering the full picture of who you are and recognizing the genuine value in that. That's what psychological assessment can offer – not just a report, but real information that puts you in the driver's seat of your own life. My goal is for you to leave feeling more informed, more confident, and more empowered than when you arrived — ready to build a life that is not just manageable, but genuinely meaningful.
