Intro
My name is Arnold, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I want you to know how proud I am of you for taking this important step. It takes strength and courage to reach out, and I’m honored to support you on your journey.Whatever your goals may be, we’ll work together to create a realistic and achievable plan. My priority is to make this process as easy, effective, and empowering as possible for you.Thank you for allowing me to be part of your support system. I look forward to working with you!
One of my favorite cousins is on the autism spectrum, and through our relationship, I’ve gained a deep appreciation for the richness of neurodiversity. His way of seeing the world has taught me to slow down, listen differently, and value perspectives that might not always align with convention—but are often more insightful because of it. This personal connection has shaped how I engage with neurodivergent individuals in a professional setting. I focus on recognizing and building upon each person’s unique strengths, rather than centering on perceived challenges. My approach is grounded in compassion, deep respect, and a commitment to affirming each individual’s identity and value. I strive to create spaces where clients feel safe, seen, and empowered to pursue their full potential—on their own terms.
I take a person-centered approach to treatment, grounded in compassion, affirmation, and deep respect for each individual’s autonomy. Rather than focusing on challenges, I help clients recognize, reckon with, and build upon their existing strengths. If you’re reading this and exploring support, you’ve already shown resilience and a powerful commitment to growth. My role is to walk alongside you as you harness that strength and move toward the fullest version of yourself.
