About
Hi, I’m Annmarie, and I’m so glad you’re here.I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment, pressure, or the feeling that you have to fit into someone else’s expectations. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and genuinely understood. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to you. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you build confidence, develop new skills, and move toward the life you want.Seeking support is a courageous step, and I’m honored to be part of your journey. I look forward to meeting you and working together.
I’m drawn to working with clients who are neurodivergent and live with autism because I value seeing people as individuals rather than through the lens of a diagnosis. I can appreciate the unique ways people experience, process, and interact with the world, and I believe those differences deserve to be understood and supported—not changed.
I believe therapy is most effective when you feel genuinely seen, heard, and empowered, and my goal is to help you gain confidence, embrace your strengths, and create a life that feels meaningful and authentic to you.
