It's great to meet you! My name is Dr. Anne. I live in New Jersey, and am licensed in New York. I am passionate about supporting others in their journey towards clarity and self-appreciation. As a clinician, my goals is to provide a collaborative and supportive environment driven by curiosity and transparency. Together, we will explore how you connect to yourself and to the world to bring about strength, resilience and clarity. My work is tailored to you as an individual and together we will reach your unique goals.
My passion for working autistic adults stems from a deep appreciation for the lifelong journey of autistic individuals and the immense need for compassionate and meaningful care. The opportunity to bring strength-based support to the autistic community in an effort to promote self-understanding, independence, and overall well-being drives the work that I do. My goal is to establish an environment where the individuals I work with feel respected, accepted and empowered and to than translate that into their everyday lives.
My approach is grounded in recognizing and building upon each individual's unique strengths, abilities, and potential. I believe that compassionate, affirming care begins with seeing the whole person and creating a space where they feel respected, understood, and empowered. By fostering self-awareness, confidence, and resilience, I am committed to helping autistic adults embrace their strengths and realize their full potential while honoring their individuality and lived experiences.
