Hello and welcome! I am a licensed psychologist in Colorado, California, and New Mexico, with PsyPact authorization to work with clients in many other states. I would be honored to support you in your journey toward greater self-understanding. My approach emphasizes comprehensive and developmentally informed evaluations, including detailed history-taking, observation, and assessment of communication, social interaction, sensory experiences, and aspects of your daily life. I strive to create a supportive, respectful, and neuro-affirming environment in which individuals feel comfortable sharing their experiences, allowing for thoughtful and accurate assessment. I look forward to meeting you!
I am deeply motivated to work with autistic individuals because of the insight, honesty, and unique ways of experiencing the world they bring to the assessment process. I value the opportunity to listen carefully, understand each person’s perspective, and help clarify how their strengths and challenges fit within a neurodevelopmental framework. I am especially interested in supporting individuals as they seek accurate, respectful understanding of their identity, history, and experiences.
I have come to deeply value the importance of seeing and honoring each individual’s unique strengths. In my work, I focus on understanding how people navigate the world, what energizes them, and the capacities they bring to every experience. Rather than centering on challenges, I aim to thoughtfully consider these strengths during the assessment process, creating space for individuals to feel recognized and affirmed.
