Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

I have a couple of people in my life who are autistic and very dear to me so I have a personal passion for wanting to specialize in working with neurodivergent clients.  I have admired how resilient and strong the neurodivergent community is and I am determined to help this population feel seen and heard.  My goal is to provide a space where  individuals can see their strengths and identify areas of growth so that they can live  purposefully and confidently.  Together, as a team, we will work toward building a life you are proud of.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

I prioritize an affirming and strength-based approach so that my clients know they are respected as unique individuals with their own strengths and perspectives on life.  We will use your unique style to empower you to work through challenges and create a life you want and deserve.  I also work to provide a safe space where clients can express their feelings without hesitation so they feel seen and validated.
