About
Hi, I’m Anastasia, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in New York and Nevada, and I’m currently in my final year of a doctorate program in Marriage and Family Therapy. I support individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or disconnected from themselves as they begin to feel more clear, confident, and supported. You do not need to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. Together, we can make sense of what feels difficult, identify what matters most to you, and take steps toward a life that feels more manageable and fulfilling.
My motivation for working with autistic and neurodivergent adults is both professional and personal. As a neurodivergent person, I understand how meaningful it can be to finally feel understood without having to mask or become someone you are not. For a long time, the life I wanted felt out of reach. Over time, with support, self-understanding, and tools that fit the way my brain works, I was able to build a life that feels authentic and meaningful to me. I am passionate about helping you discover what feels possible for you, too.
I bring an affirming and strengths-based approach by starting from the belief that you are not broken or in need of fixing. Instead, I help you better understand your unique strengths, needs, patterns, and goals. I actively listen, validate your lived experience, and create a space where you can show up honestly and at your own pace. As an LMFT, I also view you within the context of your relationships, family systems, identities, and environments. Together, we can explore what has shaped you and develop tools that support greater clarity, confidence, connection, and self-acceptance.
