About

Hello and welcome! I’m Anastasia, a licensed clinical psychologist in Pennsylvania. My background includes psychological and neuropsychological assessment, psychotherapy, and integrated behavioral health. I believe meaningful growth begins when you feel safe enough to explore yourself with curiosity rather than judgment. I approach assessment with warmth, collaboration, and a genuine interest in understanding how you think, learn, feel, express yourself, and engage with the world around you. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard and understood as a whole person—not reduced to a diagnosis or test score—and leave the assessment process with greater clarity and understanding of yourself.

Education & Licensure
PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine; MS in Psychology from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine; MS in Interdisciplinary Health Sciences from Drexel University; BS in Biology from the University of Miami
Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

I’m drawn to working with autistic and neurodivergent adults because an assessment can offer much more than a diagnosis—it can provide a new framework for understanding yourself. Many adults come to assessment after years of feeling different, misunderstood, or wondering why certain aspects of life seem to require more effort. I believe that greater self-understanding can replace judgment with curiosity and uncertainty with a stronger sense of agency. I value the opportunity to help you make sense of your experiences while recognizing the whole person—your developmental history, relationships, environment, strengths, needs, and unique ways of experiencing and expressing yourself. Ultimately, I want the assessment process to help you move forward with greater insight, confidence, and autonomy.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

I believe there is no single “right” way to think, communicate, process information, or experience the world. I take time to understand not only areas that may be challenging, but also your strengths, adaptations, lived experiences, and the context behind them. I consider how factors such as culture, language, gender, masking, and previous experiences can shape the way neurodivergence is understood and expressed. I approach your experiences with curiosity rather than judgment and recognize that authentic expression can take many forms. My goal is to create an affirming space where you can show up authentically and where the different pieces of your story are approached with compassion and respect. Ultimately, I want you to leave the assessment process with greater clarity, confidence, and agency—a deeper understanding of who you are, what you need, and the strengths you can build upon moving forward.
