I believe that you are the expert on your life and I am here to walk along this journey with you with kindness and compassion.
I enjoy meeting and working with people. I truly believe that each person has a gift or something special to contribute to the world. Helping you to identify your gifts and support you while you overcome any challenges you may be having is a passion of mine. I would like to partner with you to help you to enhance your satisfaction with your life.
I utilize active, compassionate listening to ensure that the client feels seen and heard. I am a positive person who uses various skills and tools to help people express themselves by providing a safe, supportive environment.
