I strive to create an environment that allows individuals to feel seen and heard. Everyone's journey is unique, and it is an honor to assist and witness the growth and transformation a person can experience.

Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

My motivation for working with autistic individuals comes from the belief that everyone deserves to feel safe, acknowledged, and supported. I recognize the strengths, resilience, and perspectives of the autistic community, and seek to provide support so individuals can identify these strengths towards their own growth and well-being. My hope is that we can work together to celebrate your fortitude, navigate challenges, and develop skills to enhance your daily life and relationships.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

It is a priority of mine to actively listen and remain non-judgmental throughout our time together while also focusing on your strengths and abilities. My goal is to produce an assessment experience that not only provides a diagnostic answer, but also allows you to leave the process feeling respected, validated, and empowered. The intention of the assessment is to capture aspects of your cultural, emotional, and psychological background in order to give you clearer language for self-understanding and what you need to be successful.
