Hello, I'm honored that you're here! Chances are you've spent a long time seeking answers, and I'd love to help you find them. I became a psychologist because I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and validated, and too many people go years without that. I would love to offer you a safe space where you can show up as your authentic self and experience all three. I'm a licensed clinical psychologist in Oklahoma and provide telehealth services to clients across most states via PsyPact.

What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

Many people who seek out my services have felt misunderstood, misdiagnosed, or simply missed. Autism can overlap with, mask, or be masked by many other conditions, and seeing the full picture takes care, thoroughness, and respect for each persons story. I'm also attuned to how chronic health challenges intersect with neurodivergence, and I understand firsthand how often people navigating both are left without clear answers or adequate support.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

I am so passionate about supporting the neurodivergent population in an affirming and validating way, and helping them not only know how to get by, but thrive by better understanding their strengths as well as their support needs.
