About

Welcome! I am so glad you're here. As a North Carolina native with almost 20 years of experience, I hold dual licensure as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS) in NC. My passion lies in fostering a safe, authentic space where you can show up exactly as you are and feel truly accepted. Together, we will partner to navigate life's challenges, help you achieve your personal goals, and enrich your overall quality of life.

Education & Licensure
Masters In Counseling from Lenoir-Rhyne University; Bachelors in Human Services from Gardner-Webb University
Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

I am passionate about fostering an environment where autistic adults feel deeply understood and supported. I draw immense inspiration from the resilience and perspectives of the autistic community. My therapeutic approach is strengths-based and client-led. We will collaborate to navigate the challenges you face, build upon your natural abilities, and develop sustainable strategies that make daily life and relationships work for you.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

I provide an affirming, strengths-based environment where you can express yourself authentically. I focus on validating your experiences while helping you tap into your innate strengths and abilities to navigate challenges and achieve personal growth.
