About
Since 2016, I have treated individuals with a range of presenting concerns in my role as a social worker, now License Clinical Social Worker. I specialize in supporting individuals like you toward your mental health goals by noticing patterns in how you learn, work, and connect with yourself and others.
As a clinician of the mind, my clinical experts consist of evidence-based, trauma-informed, and tailored to address your unique needs. I am accepting new patients who reside in Illinois.
I aim to offer a space where you are free to express yourself fully. Past clients have described me as warm, understanding, intuitive, and honest. When I'm not practicing, I enjoy traveling, eating great food, and shopping.
I know how hard it can be to ask for help – especially if you were raised not to do so. I encourage you to reach out to either begin or continue your mental health journey. Think of me as your partner in wellness. We'll laugh, cry, and reflect deeply together. A more satisfying life awaits you.
My motivation for working with autistic adults stems from a deep passion to advocate for others who cannot sometimes advocate for themselves and foster a safe space where every individual feels valued and empowered. My goal is to help clients navigate challenges, build on their strengths, and develop skills that enhance their daily lives and relationships. Together, we can work toward a life where you feel understood, supported and able to thrive.
I prioritize an affirming and strength-based approach to ensure that every individual feels seen, valued, and empowered. I believe that each client has unique strengths and abilities that help them advocate for autonomy and help them overcome daily challenges and achieve personal goals. I'm an active listener who validates clients feelings and creates a safe space where they can express themselves freely.
