About

Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here, and I’m honored to support you as you take this next step toward greater well-being, self-understanding, and meaningful change. I’m Alexandria, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida. I’m passionate about helping individuals feel understood, supported, and more confident as they navigate life’s challenges. As a therapist, I believe meaningful progress starts with creating a space where you feel comfortable being yourself. I strive to bring warmth, compassion, and authenticity into each session while tailoring therapy to your individual strengths, needs, and goals. My hope is that our work together helps you better understand yourself, develop practical tools, and create changes that feel meaningful and sustainable in your everyday life.

Education & Licensure
Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of South Florida; Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from the University of South Florida.
Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

My motivation for working with autistic and neurodivergent adults grew from seeing how often individuals have felt overlooked, misunderstood, or unsupported in traditional mental health settings. I wanted to be part of changing that experience by offering care that is more thoughtful, inclusive, and responsive to all individuals. What draws me to this work is the opportunity to help clients better understand themselves, advocate for their needs, and navigate life in ways that feel sustainable and authentic. I value creating a therapeutic relationship where differences are respected, strengths are recognized, and clients do not feel pressured to change who they are in order to receive support.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

I bring an affirming and strengths-based approach to therapy by focusing on who you are, what matters to you, and the strengths you already bring into the room. I believe growth is most meaningful when it builds on your existing abilities, values, interests, and lived experiences rather than asking you to become someone different.I work collaboratively to help you recognize what is already working, better understand your needs, and build on your strengths in ways that support your goals. My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect, with an emphasis on helping you feel more confident in yourself, advocate for what you need, and move toward a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
