About
Hi there! My name is Agnes Lenda. I'm a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania who is passionate about helping people better understand themselves through compassionate, evidence-based assessment. As a member of PSYPACT, I am able to meet with clients across the country. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, and I've learned that every person's story deserves to be heard without judgment or assumptions. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself. I believe the assessment process should be collaborative, respectful, and empowering.
I'm drawn to working with autistic and neurodivergent individuals because I value looking beyond presumptions and taking the time to understand each person's unique strengths, challenges, and lived experiences. I believe assessments should be contextual and centered on the individual, and not just a checklist of symptoms. I believe evaluations can help people gain clarity, validate their experiences, and access the support and resources that best fit their needs, especially those in the neurodivergent community.
Rather than focusing solely on challenges, I take a whole-person approach that recognizes the ways you have adapted, grown, and navigated the world throughout your life. I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel safe sharing your experiences without fear of judgment. My goal is for each person to feel heard, respected, and understood. I approach every evaluation with curiosity, compassion, and the understanding that there is no "right" way to think, communicate, or experience the world.
