About

Seeking therapy is a personal decision often arrived during a particularly stressful time of life. As a psychotherapist, I strive to provide a warm, accepting environment in which we can openly discuss your concerns and work together toward improving your life. My areas of expertise in therapy include surviving trauma, managing mood problems, life transitions, navigating opportunities and challenges throughout the lifespan, stress management, and interpersonal processes.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

My approach in therapy is based on your own desires and I strive to prioritize and affirm your strengths and abilities. I create a safe space where you can express yourself safely and authentically.2 FAQ): My interest in working with people with autism stems from a deep respect for individuals who struggle managing symptoms associated with being neurodivergent and a passion for helping people achieve their fullest potential, feeling empowered, and building on strengths. Together, we can work toward setting goals and steps to achieve them in a caring and supporting therapeutic relationship.
