Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

I’m deeply motivated to work with autistic adults because I believe in honoring neurodiversity and celebrating the strengths each person brings. I’m inspired by the insight, creativity, and resilience within the autistic community, and I’m committed to offering support that respects your unique experiences and helps you feel truly understood and empowered.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

I utilize affirming, strengths-based approach that centers each client’s unique abilities and lived experiences. By actively listening and validating their perspectives, I work to create a safe and authentic space where individuals feel empowered to navigate challenges and pursue personal goals.
