Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

My motivation for working with autistic adults stems from my personal experiences with neurodiversity, and a commitment to empowering others who have lived with difference and intersecting identities to feel empowered and celebrate their unique identities. My goal is to help clients make progress overcoming or resolving their challenges, build on their strengths, and feeling confident and successful in their authentic selves. Together, we can build a life that allows you to feel, supported, and empowered to live the life you desire.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

My style is affirming, strength-based, and collaborative. I believe you are the expert on your life, and I want you to feel seen, heard, and valued. I believe you have intrinsic strengths that can be used to navigate what is blocking you from achieving your goals and living the life you desire. I listen to you and validate your lived experiences, creating safety and the freedom to speak freely and authentically.
