Margaret Diane Baldwin
About
Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Margaret Baldwin, and I am a fully licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC) based in Utah. Over the past nine years, I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in both outpatient and residential treatment settings. Throughout my career, I have been deeply passionate about creating a therapeutic space where clients feel safe, respected, understood, and accepted exactly as they are.
I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, authentic, and tailored to the individual rather than “one size fits all.” My goal is to support you in understanding yourself more fully, recognizing your strengths, and building a life that feels meaningful and sustainable for you. I strive to create an environment where clients can show up without fear of judgment and feel empowered to explore growth, healing, identity, and self-acceptance at their own pace.
My passion for working with the neurodivergent community comes from both professional and personal experience that has grown into a deep respect for neurodiversity. Over the years, I have seen firsthand how often individuals feel misunderstood, pressured to mask, or expected to fit into systems that were not designed with them in mind. I am passionate about helping clients better understand themselves through a compassionate, affirming lens rather than viewing neurodivergence as something that needs to be “fixed.”
I strive to provide an inclusive and affirming space for individuals of all identities, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I believe healing happens best in environments where people feel emotionally safe, validated, and empowered to be fully themselves.
