Thanks for taking a moment to learn more about me.  I am a licensed psychologist, passionate about enhancing access to high-quality behavioral healthcare.  I believe people should be able to access mental and behavioral health services with the same ease in which they access other forms of healthcare.  As such, I spent the majority of my career in integrated primary care.  I am excited by the opportunity to support Prosper patients seeking accessible adult autism evaluations, as I have observed this to be a huge gap in most patient communities.

What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

Over the course of my career I have been honored to support several autistic patients, all of whom have compelled me to work hard on their behalf to understand and support their unique needs.   Finding a competent evaluator to help diagnose autism is a known challenge, resulting in many people going without access to this important part of building self-awareness, finding community, and gaining access to appropriate resources.   I joined Prosper to be part of a team that is building this bridge across the nation.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

It is always an honor to be trusted with your care.  Working with neurodivergent individuals is especially rewarding and creative work, and I will approach our time together as a partnership.  I will look to identify your strengths and unique resilience factors to inform personalized recommendations on your behalf.   I use humor and humility often in my work. I strive to honor your self-determination around your care plan and goals.
